Infections caused by susceptible germs Septicaemia, infectious diarrhoea, metritis, pneumonia, infected wounds.
Contraindications
Contraindications
Do not combine with other aminoglycoside antibiotics. Do not mix in the same bottle or syringe with other antibiotics. Do not use in animals with a history of hypersensitivity to aminoglycosides or with renal insufficiency. Do not use in pregnant females. When administered in high doses or for a prolonged period of time, this antibiotic can cause nephrotoxicity and affect the cranial eighth cranial cavity. Therefore in either case it is advisable to monitor renal function. Do not mix with chloramphenicol as it antagonises gentamicin. Do not associate with nephrotoxic or diuretic agents such as furosemide or ethacrynic acid.

Depending on the severity of the condition 3 mg/kg per live weight. Unless otherwise indicated by the professional, at present the duration of treatment should be at least 5 to 6 days. Route: Intrauterine Intravenous Injectable Intramuscular Injectable.
